RE: Apostrophes in File Names

Hello everyone,

Some members of the community have been experiencing blank uploads. Often times this is caused by an APOSTROPHE being used in the name of the FILE you are uploading.

Please avoid using apostrophes when naming the files on your computer that you are going to upload to hitRECord. If you attempt to upload a file that has an apostrophe, it will upload as a blank text record.

NOTE: Just to be clear, this DOES NOT pertain to RECord Titles. When you are giving your RECord a title on the site, it CAN contain an apostrophe.
